The Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE operates in the field of electromagnetic compatibility and human exposure to electromagnetic fields.
The Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE began its measurement activities in 1987, assisting the production of electronic instrumental goods for domestic and foreign markets.
Over the years, the Laboratory's infrastructures and the field of activity have expanded to meet the regulatory requirements for Electromagnetic Compatibility and CE marking.
In 1994 CEIA was recognised as a
Highly Qualified Laboratory
by the Ministry of the University Technological and Scientific Research.
Since 1996 CEIA has been certified ISO 9001 by the CSQ (Certification number 9115.CEI3).
In 1998 the Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE was recognised by the Ministry of Communication as a
Competent Body for Electromagnetic Compatibility
.
Since 2007 until 2012 the Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE has been recognised as a
Notified Body for Electromagnetic Compatibility (Notified Body Number: 2046)
.
The Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE operates according to an internal management system pursuant to the requirements of the CEI EN ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 standard.
The Laboratory CEIA S.p.A - LACE is accredited by Accredia as Testing Laboratory LAB N° 1714L and meets the requirements of the standard ISO / IEC 17025:2017 (
